• Conversation content. The messages you send to Ava, so we can answer, scope your use case, and follow up.
• Technical data. Basic information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the site.

2. How we use it

• Respond to your enquiry, scope a virtual employee, and prepare a quote.
• Check availability and schedule a call, and send the related calendar invite and emails.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website and the Ava assistant.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires one (for example, the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on your consent when you contact us, on our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and on compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.

• Hosting and infrastructure for the website and backend.
• Email delivery (for replies, invites and notifications).
• AI processing — messages you send to Ava are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
