This Privacy Policy explains how JustWork ("JustWork", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit jwork.ai, contact us, or chat with our virtual employee, Otto. We are the data controller for this information.

- Information you give us. When you submit a form or chat with Otto, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, company, the role or use case you describe, and any message or scheduling request.
- Conversation content. The messages you send to Otto, so we can answer, scope your use case, and follow up.
- Technical data. Basic information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the site.
2. How we use it
- Respond to your enquiry, scope a virtual employee, and prepare a quote.
- Check availability and schedule a call, and send the related calendar invite and emails.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website and the Otto assistant.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
Where applicable law requires one (for example, the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on your consent when you contact us, on our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and on compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf to run the service, including:
- Hosting and infrastructure for the website and backend.
- Email delivery (for replies, invites and notifications).
- AI processing: messages you send to Otto are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
