These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JustWork website at jwork.ai and our virtual employee, Otto (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site presents information about JustWork's custom AI virtual employees and lets you contact us or chat with Otto. Content on the Site is for general information only and is not an offer, a binding quote, or professional advice. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Otto, our virtual employee
Otto is an AI assistant that helps answer questions, review your use case, give rough estimates, and arrange a call. Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Estimates, availability and bookings are indicative and subject to confirmation by our team. Do not rely on Otto as a substitute for professional advice, and do not share sensitive personal or confidential information in the chat.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or for any harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as expressly permitted.
- Submit false information or another person's data without authorisation.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos and the "JustWork" name, is owned by JustWork or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share the Site for your own informational use, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
6. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or Otto will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustWork will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or Otto.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
